Job Summary
Rula is seeking licensed clinicians to join a network of providers as 1099 contractors. The role supports telehealth delivery to clients (individuals, couples, families) with minimal administrative load for clinicians and full scheduling autonomy. Responsibilities include delivering client care, leveraging Rula’s credentialing support to enable insurance participation, coordinating with the company on billing/claims/EHR, and using provided referrals and profile optimization to connect with the right clients. The organization emphasizes private-practice autonomy, access to case consultations, remote work, and ongoing clinical development (including CEU resources). Minimum qualifications include active licensure (LMFT/LCSW/LPC), valid NPI, Colorado licensure, and remote work capability. Compensation is $70 per 53-minute session, with guaranteed biweekly payments.
