The role emphasizes client referrals, EHR/notes, claims processing, and ongoing professional development; clinicians decide how many clients to see and when, while maintaining Colorado licensure and telehealth capability. Compensation is hourly ($70/hour per 53-minute session) with biweekly direct deposit, and providers must maintain licensure in Colorado and an active NPI.
