Job Summary
Deliver clinical and case management services to patients enrolled in the evening Intensive Outpatient Program, including individual, group, and family counseling, skill building, psycho-educational services, and crisis intervention. Provide assessment counseling, advocate for patients as needed, and manage clinical documentation within electronic health records. This role requires on-call services and reports directly to the Clinical Director. Candidates must hold an LPC, LCSW, or LSATP license with a Master's degree and experience treating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Apply evidence-based practices such as Motivation Interviewing and CBT for SUDs, utilizing a trauma-informed approach to support patients, families, and the community through the Master Center's comprehensive addiction treatment model.
Required Qualifications
- LPC/LCSW/LSATP (Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker) License.
- Master's degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Experience working with clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Proficiency in evidence-based practices for addiction treatments (e.g., Motivation Interviewing, CBT for SUDs).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a trauma-informed approach.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation.
- 40 hours a week
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in addiction counseling or treatment (e.g., CADC, MAC)
- Experience in delivering group therapy and psychoeducation in addiction setting.
- Knowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT) protocols.
- Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse populations.
