Deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to adult and child/adolescent populations as a fully licensed LPC in Texas. Provide evidenced-based, medically driven treatment services in a 100% outpatient group practice setting, with one day per week in our San Marcos office and the remainder remote. Maintain clinical excellence while balancing work and life through full administrative support and a collegial environment. Earn above-market compensation with uncapped earnings, a sign-on bonus, and an annual cash incentive plan based on productivity. Required Qualifications
- Fully licensed as an LPC in the State of Texas
- Experienced in working with adult, and/or child and adolescent populations
- 1 day a week in office on Friday and the rest remote from home
