Job Summary
Meet clients virtually for scheduled counseling sessions addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, and adjustment challenges. Gather clinical history, complete new client evaluations, and develop treatment goals reflecting individual needs. Update records, notes, and treatment plans within required timelines while maintaining a professional, confidential online therapy environment. Use clinical judgment to assess safety and risk, ensuring clients receive appropriate support. This full-time, remote role requires a Connecticut LPC license and offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an annual salary of $115,000–$120,000.
Required Qualifications
- Current Connecticut LPC license in good standing
- Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related behavioral health field
- Previous clinical experience in counseling, telehealth, private practice, community mental health, or outpatient care
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, ethics, and professional counseling standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing a steady caseload
