Job Summary
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide remote telehealth counseling to clients in Connecticut. Role involves conducting remote assessments, establishing treatment goals, delivering therapy using evidence-based techniques, documenting care plans, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records. Requires CT LPC license and Master’s degree in a related field; responsibilities include clinical interviews, intake reviews, progress monitoring, and supporting clients with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, adjustment, and interpersonal challenges; standard Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with full benefits and remote work.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Active Connecticut Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to adults, couples, families, or diverse client populations preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Able to work independently while maintaining strong clinical judgment
- Telehealth experience or training in CBT, trauma-informed care, DBT, or related areas is a plus
