Job Summary
Provide online therapy to clients seeking mental health support via a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Conduct assessments to determine treatment focus, prepare and update treatment plans, and help clients manage symptoms and set achievable goals. Maintain complete clinical records and respond appropriately to safety or crisis-related concerns. Deliver care while adhering to scheduling and communication protocols for Connecticut clients. This full-time remote role offers a stable weekday schedule with a salary of $115,000–$120,000, including benefits-supported employment and 2 weeks PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Active Connecticut Licensed Professional Counselor credential
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or similar field
- Independent clinical licensure required
- Experience providing individual therapy or behavioral health counseling
- Strong professional judgment and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
