Job Summary
Provide individual counseling through secure telehealth sessions for clients across Tennessee, focusing on anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and life transitions. Complete clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and track client progress while adjusting care as needed. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to ethical, legal, and professional counseling standards within a remote clinical setting. This full-time, Monday–Friday role offers a consistent weekday schedule with a salary of $115,000–$120,000, including health insurance, 401K with company match, and two weeks of PTO.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Tennessee
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic records
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote clinical setting
