Job Summary
Deliver virtual counseling sessions to assigned clients while evaluating needs, identifying treatment priorities, and developing individualized care plans. Apply evidence-based counseling techniques and document session notes and treatment progress to maintain accurate records and professional standards of care. Collaborate with internal clinical teams when needed to support client outcomes. This full-time remote role in Colorado requires an active Colorado LPC license and a Master's degree, with a Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule. Required Qualifications
- Active Colorado LPC license
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Prior experience in a clinical or counseling setting
