Job Summary
Provide virtual therapy sessions for clients via telehealth, develop individualized treatment plans, update progress notes, and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in a remote, Monday–Friday schedule. Conduct assessments, guide treatment, recognize crisis needs, and refer when appropriate, while staying current with continuing education and CT licensing standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Active Connecticut Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to adults, couples, families, or diverse client populations preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical assessment, treatment planning, and progress notes
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems
- Able to work independently while maintaining strong clinical judgment
- Telehealth experience or additional training in CBT, trauma-informed care, DBT, or related areas is a plus
