Provide individual counseling sessions via secure telehealth platform; assess client needs and psychosocial history; develop, implement, and update treatment plans based on clinical needs; maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation; monitor client progress and adjust interventions; respond to client concerns with sound clinical judgment; coordinate care with other providers as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth systems and electronic health records
