Job Summary
Provide remote individual counseling sessions via a secure telehealth platform for clients in Connecticut; conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based counseling approaches (CBT, DBT-informed skills, solution-focused therapy) to address anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and other behavioral health needs; monitor client progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, assess safety and follow crisis protocols, and ensure HIPAA compliance and licensure requirements; schedule typically Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM in a full-time remote role.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field
- Active Connecticut Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy to adults, couples, families, or diverse client populations preferred
