Job Summary
Provide therapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations within skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings. Customize treatment plans within an integrated care team while managing your caseload independently. Focus fully on patient care without nights, weekends, or on-call rotations. Work Mon–Fri between 7 AM and 7 PM to create your own hours. This role offers a Master's degree in Counseling and an active LPC license in the state of practice.
