Job Summary
Licensed mental-health professionals (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) join Rula to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families with schedule autonomy. Roles involve delivering telehealth and in-person sessions, managing own client load, and leveraging a team-supported infrastructure (credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and tech support) to focus on clinical care. Clinicians uphold standardized care with a measurement-informed approach, discuss and review clinical outcomes with clients, and have access to case consultations, CEU content, and nationwide professional resources. Requires CA licensure and an active NPI; remote work is supported with Detroit, MI as a primary location.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
- Valid NPI
- Licensed in California
- Able to provide telehealth or in-person sessions
