Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

Licensed mental health professionals (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) are invited to join Rula to provide telehealth or in-person counseling with autonomy over schedule. The role supports individuals, couples, and families, with admin tasks (credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, tech support) handled by the organization, allowing clinicians to focus on clinical work. Providers must be licensed in California, hold a valid NPI, and offer telehealth or in-person sessions. Both telehealth and in-person sessions are supported; clinicians arrange their own office space if offering in-person care. Emphasis on measurable clinical outcomes through a shared standards framework, engagement with clinical measures during visits, and access to case consultations, CEU resources, and nationwide professional community. Minimum qualifications specify licensure in LMFT, LCSW, or LPC, and active license in CA. The role is remote-friendly with Jersey City, NJ as a hinted location.
