Job Summary
Provide safe, quality mental health care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations under the supervision of the Medical Director and Contract or Staff Psychiatrist. Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver psychotherapy and psycho-educational services. Manage case coordination, discharge planning, and patient advocacy for ICCHC and its satellite facilities. Supervise medical support staff while promoting mental well-being and addressing health promotion issues. Assume full responsibility and accountability for the delivery and management of patient care across all specified criteria.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
- Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care based on physical, psycho/social, education, safety and related criteria
- Pediatric population experience
- Adolescent population experience
- Adult population experience
- Geriatric population experience
- Responsibility and accountability of the delivery and management of patient care
- Clinical assessment skills
