Part-time role (8–10 patient hours/week) with duties including live and offline therapy sessions, documentation, billing code entry, after-encounter closeout, EMR navigation, and participation in monthly clinical/educational meetings. The position emphasizes a team-driven, flexible schedule, onboarding to support practice development, and potential transition to full-time with licensure in Texas. Requires a CSWE-accredited MSW or counseling program completion, active Alaska LPC/LCSW license, and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including Telehealth and outpatient settings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field
- Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program
- Active LPC or LCSW License in Alaska
- Minimum 2 years' experience
- Two or more years of Telehealth experience
- Two or more years of Outpatient experience
- Reliable internet connection and navigating technology (Microsoft Suite)
- EMR experience and ability to navigate evolving systems
