Job Summary
The position involves evaluating and diagnosing mental health conditions, creating and implementing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation for at least 27 client visits per week. The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide excellent client service while collaborating with a dynamic team, using creativity in interventions, coordinating with various stakeholders, and participating in clinical meetings and trainings. Essential qualifications include a Master’s degree in a related field and current LPC-MHSP licensure, alongside several competencies such as strong communication skills and proficiency with relevant software.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field
- Current LPC-MHSP licensure
- Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
- Comfort working with a diverse client base
- A sense of humor
Desired Qualifications
- Credentialed with insurance panels
- Experience with Valant Electronic Health Record systems
