Job Summary
Behavioral Health Therapist at MyCHN, licensed professional counselor or LCSW, provides individualized, couples, and group therapy; conducts patient assessments and develops comprehensive treatment plans; collaborates with healthcare professionals for integrated care; maintains accurate documentation; ensures timely follow-ups and patient communication. Required Qualifications
- Current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Must be independently licensed
