Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with state licensure (LPC/LPCC/LCPC/LCPCS/LPCC-S) and a Master’s degree or higher. Opportunity to launch or expand a private practice via Headway, enabling insurance credentialing across multiple states, in-network with major plans (Medicare Advantage/Medicaid), and access to built-in EHR, scheduling, secure messaging, documentation templates, and CEUs. Headway provides credentialing, audit support, and predictable bi-weekly payments; must maintain licensure and malpractice insurance to serve clients through the Headway platform. Location: Norfolk, VA; role involves in-person/private practice setup and collaboration with Headway’s network.
