Job Summary
Licensed Professional Counselor to join an integrated clinical team in long-term care facilities. Provide individual, family, and group therapy, conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning, support residents with depression, anxiety, adjustment to illness, grief, trauma, and behavioral disturbances; collaborate with nursing, social services, rehabilitation, and medical providers; maintain thorough documentation using the Geriatric Notes Tool (GNT); adhere to ethical and regulatory guidelines; build professional relationships with facility staff; enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no evenings, weekends, or on-call; autonomy in organizing daily workflow and caseload; ASWB-accredited CEUs available at no cost; comprehensive benefits including health, retirement, generous PTO, and liability coverage for both full-time and part-time staff.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted LCPC license
