Job Summary
Evaluate and diagnose patients with psychiatric and substance use disorders, then provide specialized psychotherapy to reduce symptoms using evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Collaborate with patients and support systems to complete risk assessments and implement mitigation plans ensuring safety. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field
- Oregon Professional Counselor License
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship
- Additional experience in substance use treatment setting
