Licensed Professional Counselor

Conduct evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders under direct clinical supervision. Collaborate with patients and support systems to implement risk reduction plans ensuring safety. Deliver specialized psychotherapy including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy in individual, group, and family settings. Manage group facilitation, safety planning, and milieu management on the Adult Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary care team. Work day shift part-time hours in a licensing board approved supervision plan to achieve licensure.
