Job Summary
Provides therapeutic counseling to adolescent patients and their families, conducting needs assessments and developing intervention plans. Responsible for conducting group therapy, documenting patient interactions, and performing telephone triage for patients in crisis. Proficient in using the EPIC electronic medical record system and must complete all required training to maintain licensure. Practices safely, following protocols, and attends meetings as directed.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a degree as a Master of Social Work Program.
- Must be currently licensed to practice as an Independent Social Worker by the State Board
