Job Summary
Conduct live therapy sessions for adults, couples, and teens with insurance and cash-pay clients from a private, professional home environment. Manage caseloads by serving a mix of insured and self-pay clients, with weekly payment and no clawbacks for every session provided. Deliver clinical services independently with full autonomy over treatment decisions, utilizing a fully remote setup with reliable internet access. Maintain professional liability insurance and complete required training through access to over 390 CEU courses.
Required Qualifications
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD
- 3+ years of mental health counseling experience
- Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and can provide therapy without supervision
- A private and professional environment for conducting sessions
- Excellent written communication
- Must have professional liability insurance
- Reliable Internet connection
- Currently residing in the US
- Licensed in California (to qualify for the $1,000 First Client Bonus)
- Must be able to see their first client within 30 days of submitting their application
