Job Summary
Provide therapy services including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental illnesses to individuals, children, couples, and families who are patients of Family HealthCare Center and Homeless Health Service. Maintain a valid license to practice in the State of North Dakota and/or Minnesota, with the ability and willingness to become dual licensed. Demonstrate sufficient experience, confidence, and skills to provide social work services independently, with a strong preference for working with the pediatric population. Utilize evidence-based treatment approaches, including ACT, to address a variety of behavioral health conditions, including trauma-related conditions. Work full-time with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC/LICSW)
- Valid license to practice in the State of North Dakota and/or Minnesota
- Ability to become dual licensed (ND and MN)
- Sufficient experience, confidence, and skills to provide social work services independently
- Knowledge of and experience providing evidence-based treatment approaches, including ACT, to address a variety of behavioral health conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to work with the pediatric population
- Experience or Training with trauma-related conditions (or willing to pursue certification)
- Willingness to see children and potentially work part-time in a school setting
