Job Summary
Deliver plan-based financial advice to clients with up to $2M in assets by assessing needs, gathering data, and referring appropriate investment, insurance, and lending products. Open personal and business accounts, manage teller transactions, and build referral pipelines through prospecting and leveraging internal centers of influence. Maintain compliance with operational policies, document client interactions, and attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs. Work Saturdays as directed and operate a motor vehicle routinely. Requires FINRA S6, S63, and SIE licenses plus life and health insurance licenses upon hire.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking
- Interpersonal interaction skills and an ability to build rapport in matter of minutes
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- FINRA License S6
- FINRA License S63
- FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to communicate face to face and on the phone with clients
- Ability to occasionally bending and lifting from floor height
- Ability to frequent forward reach
- Ability to frequent lifting of 1 – 10 lbs.
- Ability to occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to Work on Saturdays as directed by management
