Job Summary
Assess clients' financial needs, document data, and deliver customized financial wellness recommendations for individuals with up to $2M in investable assets. Open personal and business accounts, refer investment and insurance products to appropriate sales professionals, and build a client referral pipeline through prospecting and leveraging internal centers of influence. Maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products, ensure compliance with operational procedures, and support branch operations including assisting with client transactions on the teller line. Work Saturdays as directed and operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in developing current and new customer relationships
- Experience achieving sales goals
- Experience building referral sources in insurance and investment products
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients
- Knowledge of tele-consulting
- Knowledge of outside calling
- Knowledge of prospecting
- Knowledge of networking
- Ability to interact with small business clients
- Ability to overcome objection

- FINRA License S6
- FINRA License S63
- FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to work on Saturdays as directed by management
