Job Summary
The Primary Therapist provides individual and group therapy to adults in PHP, IOP, and Residential levels of care, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, formulating individualized treatment plans, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy. Responsibilities include facilitating structured groups, participating in multidisciplinary teams, responding to clinical crises with de-escalation and safety planning, documenting in EMR, coordinating care with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and external providers, and maintaining HIPAA and accreditation standards. Licensure required in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) with active, good standing status; CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license in good standing
- Licensure must be active and in good standing
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- EMR proficiency
- Experience in IOP, PHP, or residential treatment (preferred)
- Dual-diagnosis experience (preferred)
- Group therapy facilitation experience (preferred)
- Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, alternating Saturdays (schedule may vary)
