Job Summary
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adults in PHP, IOP, and Residential levels of care. Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans; facilitate structured therapeutic groups aligned with program curriculum; participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings; respond to clinical crises, including de-escalation and safety planning; complete timely documentation in EMR; coordinate care with psychiatry, nursing, case management, and external providers; maintain HIPAA compliance and accreditation standards. Licensure requirements: active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT. Preferred: experience in IOP/PHP/residential treatment, dual-diagnosis experience, group therapy facilitation, EMR proficiency. Work schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8am–5pm with alternating Saturdays. Locations include Fort Lauderdale, FL and Southwest Ranches, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (active and in good standing)
