Job Summary
Licensed mental health professional provides individual, group, and family therapy for adults in PHP, IOP, and residential levels of care. Responsibilities include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, formulating individualized treatment plans, facilitating structured therapy groups, coordinating care with psychiatry, nursing, and case management, ensuring HIPAA/compliance, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. Must hold an active Florida LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license and can pass pre-employment screenings; schedule is full-time, with 8am-5pm hours and alternating Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Florida: LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT license active and in good standing
- Ability to pass drug screening and background check
- CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
