Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) - Pediatrics

Document symptoms, vital signs, and responses to interventions while reporting progress to providers. Collect assessment data, administer medications and injections per protocol, and perform simple lab tests in the office. Provide age-appropriate care to pediatric populations, educate patients and families based on learning needs, and maintain patient safety through cleanliness and inventory management. Triage phone calls to assess symptoms and determine urgency, referring patients to the Emergency Room or Physician's office as needed. Complete charging documentation and prescription line tasks including calling in refills. Requires Licensed LPN with NH eligibility, CPR certification, and 0-1 year clinical experience.
