Job Summary
Provides direct patient care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a clinic setting, including administering medications (oral, inhalation, injections), assisting with procedures, performing diagnostic testing (EKGs, basic labs), and documenting in the electronic medical record. Collaborates with healthcare providers to support patient care plans, educates patients on treatment plans and medications, ensures infection control and HIPAA compliance, and maintains a clean, safe clinic environment. Requires strong communication, critical thinking, time management, empathy, and professionalism in a fast-paced outpatient clinic.
Required Qualifications
- LPN license required
- State licensure (LPN or LVN) required
- Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- 0-2 years clinical or outpatient experience preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (no immigration sponsorship)
