Job Summary
Direct care to residents in senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice settings. Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate resident care; assist with safety assurance for residents and nursing staff; communicate with nursing, other departments, and service providers; maintain a positive professional image with residents, visitors, and facility staff. Flexible scheduling with PRN shifts (12-hour and 8-hour options) across weekday and weekend hours. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program and a valid LPN license in Ohio or Indiana, with CPR certification; 6 months of direct care nursing experience (long-term care preferred).
