Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) provide direct resident care, collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, and support physical and psychological resident needs. The role offers scheduling flexibility with open shifts across Otterbein’s senior living, home health, hospice, and related services, emphasizing compassionate, person-centered care and partnership in caring. Responsibilities include direct resident care, coordinating and evaluating care, ensuring safety, communicating with nursing and service providers, maintaining professional image, and performing related tasks. Requires an LPN license (Ohio) and nursing program graduation; CPR; 6+ months direct care experience preferred. Location options include Lebanon, OH with a PRN/shift-based schedule and pay of $34/hour weekday and $36/hour weekend, with 12- and 8-hour shift availability.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR certification
- Experience: at least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
