Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for Otterbein Staffing Agency across senior living, independent living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory care, home care, and hospice. Provide direct resident care, coordinate and supervise care, ensure resident and staff safety, and communicate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. Schedule is variable with PRN shifts; 12-hour and 8-hour options available. Compensation includes weekday and weekend rates with DailyPay benefits. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program, an active LPN license in OH or IN, and CPR certification; prior long-term care experience is preferred. Required Qualifications

- Valid Ohio or Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR
