Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to provide direct resident care in Otterbein SeniorLife communities, coordinating and evaluating care, and supporting safety for residents and staff. Role involves collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, communicating with nursing and other departments, and delivering person-centered care across settings such as independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services. Flexible scheduling with PRN shifts (12-hour and 8-hour) and a choice of when and where to work. Emphasis on professional image, compassion, and contributing to a supportive community with over 110 years of service; pay rates are $34/hour on weekdays and $36/hour on weekends.
