Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join Otterbein Staffing Agency; PRN shifts across Ohio/Indiana facilities including independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice. You choose when and where to work. Responsibilities include providing direct resident care, coordinating, supervising and evaluating resident care, assisting with safety for residents and staff, and communicating with nursing, other departments and service providers. Requirements: graduate of an approved nursing program; valid OH or IN LPN license and CPR; at least 6 months direct care nursing experience (long-term care preferred). Shifts include 12-hour and 8-hour options; pay is $34/hour on weekdays and $36/hour on weekends. DailyPay available.
