Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) - Otterbein Staffing Agency

Provide direct care to residents in senior living environments (independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory care, respite care, in-home care, and hospice) as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate resident care; assist with safety for residents and nursing staff; communicate with nursing, other departments, and service providers; uphold a professional image with residents and staff; partner with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care. Roles are PRN with availability across all shifts (12-hour and 8-hour) and weekday/weekend pay rates. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program and Ohio LPN licensure; CPR certification; preferred at least 6 months of direct care nursing experience and long-term care exposure.
