Job Summary
Provide direct care to residents as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Otterbein SeniorLife facilities, coordinating, supervising and evaluating resident care while collaborating with physicians, residents and a multidisciplinary team. Contribute to safety assurance for residents and nursing staff; communicate effectively with nursing, other departments and service providers; maintain a positive professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff. PRN role with available 12-hour and 8-hour shifts across Ohio and Indiana; compensation includes weekday and weekend rates. Partner in caring to deliver high-quality, person-centered care across independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio or Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR certification
- Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
