Job Summary
Provide direct resident care and coordinate/supervise resident care for seniors across Otterbein’s facilities. Collaborate with physicians, residents and a multidisciplinary team to deliver physical and psychological support, ensure resident safety, communicate with nursing and service providers, and uphold a positive professional image. Flexible scheduling with multiple shifts and locations; opportunity to work in independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio or Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR certification
- At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice (long term care experience preferred)
