Job Summary
LPNs provide direct resident care, coordinate and supervise care, and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team across senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory care, respite, in-home, and hospice settings. Flexible PRN scheduling with 12- or 8-hour shifts, weekday and weekend rates, and opportunities to define your own schedule within Otterbein’s partnered-care model.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio or Indiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR
- 6 months direct care nursing experience (desired)
