Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role with Otterbein Staffing Agency, providing direct resident care, coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams across independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, memory support, respite care, in-home care, and hospice services. Flexible scheduling across 8- and 12-hour shifts; choose when and where you work. Partner in care with residents and families; maintain professional image and support safety and quality care. Requires graduation from an approved nursing program and an active LPN license in OH or IN plus CPR; 6 months of direct care nursing experience preferred, long-term care experience desired.
