Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing direct resident care in Otterbein SeniorLife communities. Collaborates with physicians and a multi-disciplinary team to support residents, families, and staff. Delivers person-centered care with a focus on autonomy, dignity, and high-quality service for elders; commits to compassionate interactions, coordination of care, and partnership with residents in decision-making. Position available for full-time third shift under Otterbein’s care-delivery model.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of approved nursing program
- Licensure: Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
- Experience: At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
