Licensed Practical Nurses LPN

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed to provide direct resident care and collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include conducting and documenting assessments of assigned Independent Living residents’ medical conditions and treatments; providing care per Wellness assignment sheets; processing and completing required lab orders; adhering to facility policies, safety programs, and quality improvement initiatives; and performing other duties as assigned. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered care and supports residents, families, and team members. Shifts include Part Time 3rd shift and Part Time 1st shift, with starting pay around $28.00/hour based on experience and shift differentials.
