Job Summary
Provides direct care to residents, coordinates, supervises and evaluates resident care, and assists with safety for residents and nursing staff. Communicates with nursing and other departments and service providers; maintains a professional image to residents, visitors, and facility staff. Shifts include Part Time 6:00a-6:30p, Full Time/Part Time 6:00p-6:30a & PRN. Wage starts at $28.00 per hour based on experience. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) manages nursing tasks across home health, hospice, and long-term care settings within Otterbein SeniorLife communities in Ohio/Indiana; benefits include medical, PTO, 401(k) with match, tuition reimbursement, DailyPay, and tuition partnerships with local colleges.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- CPR
