Job Summary
Provide direct resident care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Otterbein SeniorLife communities, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team. Communicate a sense of caring and dignity for elders, assess residents’ medical conditions, document labs, and ensure care per wellness assignment sheets while adhering to facility policies. Support autonomy and decision-making for residents, participate in quality improvement and safety programs, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires Ohio LPN license and CPR, with at least 6 months of direct care nursing experience. Shifts include Part Time 3rd and 1st shifts; starting wage $28.00 per hour with shift differentials based on experience. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of approved nursing program
- Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
