Job Summary
Complete resident assessments and ensure compliance with state and federal care standards. Develop and implement individualized care plans while supporting and training staff on Resident Rights, Infection Control, and Pharmacy processes. Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care in a safe, manageable environment with thorough orientation and ongoing training. Available for full-time 6:00pm-6:00am or part-time 6:00pm-10:00pm shifts. An active LPN license in Ohio and reliable transportation are required.
