Job Summary
Assess resident needs, support care plan implementation, and provide compassionate clinical care to 109-bed skilled care and rehabilitation residents. Lead and mentor CNAs while helping the team deliver consistent, person-centered care every day. Maintain an active nursing license in your Primary State of Residence and hold a South Carolina license if residing in the state. Join the weekend team on Saturdays and Sundays from 7pm to 7am, plus Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11pm to 7am. Apply today by submitting your resume to join the White Oak family.
Required Qualifications
- Current South Carolina LPN license in good standing
- Active nursing license in Primary State of Residence
- South Carolina driver's license or state-issued ID with a South Carolina address (for PSOR=SC)
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic personality

- Leadership skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work professionally with residents, families, staff, and physicians
- Long-term care experience
