Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse: Wellness Supervisor responsible for developing relationships with residents and families, supervising Caregivers and Medtechs, and supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of seniors. Communicates needs to residents' doctors with medical assessments, maintains accurate records (nurses' notes, incident reports, 24-hour reports, medication records), and collaborates with a dynamic team. Requires LPN licensure, English communication, and ability to work every other weekend. Geriatrics and dementia-care experience are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nurse Examiners
- Geriatric experience preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with electronic medical records preferred but not required
